Conquest works with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and founders — including clients navigating a recent liquidity event — on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and off-market sourcing across the United States, licensed in New York and Florida. Through Gallium, Jaf is currently developing Amara, a $100 million, 350+ unit luxury multifamily development in Phoenix's Warehouse District.

Jaf's approach is genuinely data- and technology-driven, not just in name: early in his career he analyzed biometric investment and acquisition opportunities at L-1 Identity Solutions, working under Dr. Joseph Atick, co-developer of the first commercially viable facial recognition technology — years before AI was a mainstream category. That same instinct now shapes Conquest's due-diligence process: proprietary tooling for tax-delinquency and distress-signal analysis, ACRIS ownership-history deep dives, and off-market opportunity identification, compressing work that traditionally takes analysts weeks into hours.

Gallium

Gallium is built as a diversified holding company — a bet that the biggest real estate returns now sit at the intersection of capital, technology, and timing. Alongside ground-up real estate development, Gallium built Denza, an AI infrastructure platform reshaping how real estate transactions get done, and owns Family Office Live, a media property covering the family office real estate world. Its conviction extends beyond real estate entirely, with early-stage positions in SpaceX and Jeff Bezos's Prometheus.

Denza & Family Office Live

Denza is Conquest's in-house AI intelligence platform — combining large language models to identify real estate investment opportunities for family offices and founders, communicating via WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, and email.

Family Office Live is a curated editorial publication covering family office real estate investment news — tracking investment strategies, market analysis, deals, regulation, technology, sustainability, and risk for principals and investment teams. It draws from 40+ credible public sources, producing rewritten editorial summaries with attribution and original source links back to each story.
